  5. Add new contacts directly into "default" group.

    Allow me to set a default Group and add new contacts freely to that group without having to view all groups, and then add that contact, and then select that contact, and then place them in a particular group.

  8. Pipeline

    This is a great and simple CRM. Allow group subfolders in contacts. Allow custom naming of the folders. Option to turn on a record # count to the right of the name. This would allow for a visual pipeline to be created by users. And a quick reference of how many contacts are in what stage of the pipeline.

    Option to force contact records to be sorted by date created.

  11. Im using this for client records, so need to capture the same info for each client, so would like to be able to create a template applicable

  12. Various Recommendations - Time Savers

    1. To be able to manually move the contacts in a "call" order within a group rather than in the default alphabetical order.

    2. To be able to search the scroll wheel of locations.

    3. Option to either include or exclude Log Pins from the map to allow for less clutter if required.

  18. Logs - please also mention at the header the name of the company

    Now the log header only mentions the name of the contact. It would be more easy to have also the name of the company mentioned.
