For a contact management app, the ability to merge contact records is critical. I ended up with two duplicates in my first seven records due to a sync issue. Now I have hundreds of contact records, with quite a few duplicates, and am resorting to taking screen shots of the unique information in one record so I can then re-enter it in the other. Not exactly productive!
